Frequently asked questions about Caliu

  • How do I register for an account?
    To register for an account, you can click Log In at the principal menu.
  • Do I need an account to shop with you?
    You don't need to have an account in order to shop with us. However, we recommend you creating an account as this will allow for a faster checkout process next time you shop with us. You will also be able to access your order history.
  • How can I reset my password?
    If you have forgotten your account password, please follow the login procedure and then click on the 'Forgotten Password' link. You will receive a 'Reset Your Password' email right away.
  • How much is the shipping cost?
    Shipping costs are not included. A shipping charge will be added to all orders placed through the website. The shipping costs can be seen on the order summary and the order confirmation sent via email. Our shipping fees are based on the weight of the shipments and the destination.
  • What are your delivery times?
    Your order is dispatched 2-5 working days after receipt of your order. As Caliu cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, Caliu cannot provide any certain guarantees as to when the order is delivered to the customer’s address.
  • Which countries do we supply to?
    We ship to all Europe countries as standard. We can ship worldwide too, just ask us for exact shipping costs to your country at info@caliu.eu or via our contact form. In the event of delivery outside the EU, the customer will have to pay for customs duties or VAT or any other taxes due to the import of products in the country of delivery. The customer is also solely responsible for the formalities related thereto unless otherwise specified. The customer is solely responsible for checking whether the products ordered can be imported under domestic law in the country of delivery
  • Are the giveaways on social media open to ship worldwide?
    Unfortunately, the giveaway prizes can only be shipped within Spain. International participants are still welcome to enter, but they need to have a shipping address within Spain to receive the prize.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Once an order has been approved and forwarded to Caliu, it is no longer possible to change it. Send us a message (info@caliu.eu) and we'll do our best to address the issue with your order.
  • Can I get a refund?
    All items purchased from the Caliu website are eligible for a 14-day return policy. The items must be delivered back in brand-new condition, along with their original packing. The consumer is responsible for covering the costs of returning the item. (View address details in the next FAQ) The cost to repair any damage will be subtracted if the item is not brand-new or in perfect condition.
  • What is the return address?

  • When will I receive my refund?
    Once the returns department has received the product and approved it, the purchase sum will be credited to the credit or debit card you used to make the purchase. The amount is refunded as quickly as possible, max. 30 days after we have received the returned product.
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    Caliu accepts payment by Credit Card, Paypal and Bank Transfer.
  • How should I clean the barbecue?
    1. Let the barbecue cool after its use and take out the charcoal and ashes. 2. Use a specific cleaning product for barbecues and leave it for a few minutes. 3. Clean with a wet scourer (use a metallic scourer for the grate). 4. Rinse and wipe dry it carefully.
  • How often should I clean the barbecue?
    In order to keep the barbecue in perfect conditions, clean it after every use.
  • How do I store the barbecue?
    The important thing is to store the barbecue in a dry place. You can store it in a cardboard box or if you have enough space, as it is pretty to look at, you can store it in the kitchen where everyone can see it.
