One of our favorite recipes: a perfect mix between the sea and the mountains; between mushrooms and prawns. And all accompanied by a sauce to lick your fingers.
Clean the mushrooms (preferably with a piece of paper, better than put water on them).
Separate the trunk from the cap of the mushroom. Put them on the barbecue, turn them upside down, and once they are golden, turn them over and spray them with olive oil on the inside so that they confit slowly.
Add a little salt and pepper.
Blanch the prawns with oil and then add salt, garlic and parsley. Put the mushrooms in a bowl, and fill with the prawns.
Add a couple more tablespoons of oil. Ready to eat!
