Grilled octopus with Caliu potatoes

Mediterranean cuisine in the heat of the barbecue.


  • Cooked octopus

  • Potatoes

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Olive oil


40-50 minutes in advance, place two potatoes wrapped in silver paper inside the Caliu Barbecue, with the embers.

Meanwhile, cut the cooked octopus and mark it over and over with a little salt and pepper.

Put the potatoes in a dish, forming a potato bed. Put the octopus on top and spray with oil.
