Grilled mussels from Caliu

Mussels, like any type of fish or shellfish, are perfect for cook on the barbecue. And not just for its taste, but for its properties and health benefits. Do you dare to try them?


  • Rock mussels

  • Onion

  • Olive oil

  • Black peppercorns


Clean the rock mussels and cut the onion into slices.

Put a pan on the Caliu barbecue with a splash of oil. Once hot, put the onion with a few grains of pepper.

After 5 minutes, add the mussels, stir them, and cover them with the CALIU lid.

Wait a few minutes, uncover it to check that the mussels are already open, and it is ready to serve.
